About OPDA

OPDA is the UK’s first trade body to deliver open data and technology standards across the whole of the property market. Our members share a common goal – to promote the application of smart property data and to digitise the homebuying process to make it better for everyone, especially consumers.

Our members include estate agents, mortgage advisers, mortgage lenders, surveyors, conveyancers, property data providers, technology companies, and service professionals who believe that open data and common standards are essential to a thriving and innovative property industry.

Our mission is to promote safe and secure access and sharing of trusted property data, and to provide a forum for collaboration and innovation in the industry. We believe that open data, trust frameworks, and technology standards are essential for making informed decisions about property whether you’re a buyer, seller, lender, intermediary, surveyor, or conveyancer..
