First OPDA Consumer Survey Report Published

Our chair, Maria Harris,would personally like to thank everyone who contributed to the report and who supported us with the survey. We’re delighted to have captured the views of more than 5,300 homebuyers and with what the insights show.

Consumers are telling us loud and clear: the current homebuying process doesn’t work for them. It’s fragmented, inefficient and opaque.

This research makes an undeniable case for digitisation and shows that the homebuyers and sellers are more than ready for it.

With the right frameworks in place, we can finally deliver a homebuying process that is secure, streamlined and fit for the 21st century.
