The homebuying process is failing customer’s needs

The Intermediary published the first findings from OPDA’s consumer survey which quizzed over 5,000 people about their experience of the homebuying process.

Sadly, the stats back up what we’ve long thought – the process isn’t meeting customers expectations and there’s lots to do to improve things
