What we offer

The Open Property Data Association is a politically neutral trade body. As a member of our association, you’ll have access to a range of resources, ecosystem tools, and benefits to help you stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in the property industry.

Educational Events: We offer a range of educational events throughout the year, including workshops, training sessions, and guest speaker events. These events cover a wide range of topics related to open property data, from the technical aspects of data management to the practical applications of open data in a property transaction.

We have a dedicated role within the Home Buying and Selling Group to represent the role of data and technology standards in the regulatory and policy environment and to help shape the emerging data and technology ecosystems in relation to property data while ensuring interoperability with other schemes.

Members receive regular updates on issues and developments in the role of property data and technology standards and are invited to attend meetings, workshops, research sessions, and to participate in the development and adoption of the property data trust framework.
